I've been a farmers client for almost 2 years. they raised my policy because of the signal app that…read morethey swore wouldn't affect my policy then after I told them to cancel my policy because I found an insurance company (Geico) that had a way better rate (600 vs 1300) Ethan tried to pull the 1300 out of my account through a card I gave him only to add another vehicle months prior. Thank god I had lost that card a month ago and had to cancel it and have it replaced other wise he would've gotten the 1300. I have never had this much problems with farmers in Nevada just here in Spokane since I've lived here. I also had an issue with him when he tried to sell me renters insurance he told me it would $80 then a month later tried to add $180 to the policy for it by charging my card I immediately called and freaked out and had the renters canceled. I do not recommend this scam artist in the least bit.

So not worth it. One of worst experiences I've ever had with an insurance company. I called Tim Lanes office about returning and what the rates would be and they were surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend State Farm and this agency. Its not always about the money but also about the trust. My dad has been with State Farm consistently for about 65 years and with this agency for at least 30 of those years. He has crazy low deductibles because he stayed with State Farm. A cautionary tale about continually shopping for lower rates.
