in October of last year I nudged a huge truck beside me while entering a parking space. the truck…read moreowner contacted my agent Chris Regal, State Farm promptly honored the man's claim and paid for the rear left panel to be repainted. the man then decided he wanted more cosmetic detail done which was denied since it was unrelated to the claim. fast forward to this October and I was served with court papers, this person is choosing to sue me personally for what was rejected on his claim. he somehow feels very entitled and if State Farm wouldn't pay for his "extra", he decided to sue me personally. State Farm immediately reassured me I would be legally represented, they would do the presentation in court. it is such a relief to know State Farm has your back, they are beside you and will respond to any liability claims against you. I would very highly recommend Chris Regal!!

Pemco is the worst insurance company I have ever given my business to…read more I dealt with a person named Jessica. She acted like the money that I would receive from a settlement was HERS! She told me, "We're not going to pay for anything until we have a complete estimate"! Well, no kidding Jessica! I was in the process of obtaining an estimate and I NEVER asked her for any money prior to that! Extremely rude, condescending and arrogant! Pemco is a relatively small insurance company and, at least from my experience with Jessica, doesn't really care about their policy holders. I went to GEICO and ended up paying less for more coverage. In my opinion, I would say, "Stay away from Pemco insurance!"

I've been a farmers client for almost 2 years. they raised my policy because of the signal app that…read morethey swore wouldn't affect my policy then after I told them to cancel my policy because I found an insurance company (Geico) that had a way better rate (600 vs 1300) Ethan tried to pull the 1300 out of my account through a card I gave him only to add another vehicle months prior. Thank god I had lost that card a month ago and had to cancel it and have it replaced other wise he would've gotten the 1300. I have never had this much problems with farmers in Nevada just here in Spokane since I've lived here. I also had an issue with him when he tried to sell me renters insurance he told me it would $80 then a month later tried to add $180 to the policy for it by charging my card I immediately called and freaked out and had the renters canceled. I do not recommend this scam artist in the least bit.
