Looking at our policy and our comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible, we thought for sure we would have to pay out of pocket, but turns out, Chris took care of us by making sure we had $0 deductible on windshield damages. I've been a farmers client for almost 2 years. they raised my policy because of the signal app that…read morethey swore wouldn't affect my policy then after I told them to cancel my policy because I found an insurance company (Geico) that had a way better rate (600 vs 1300) Ethan tried to pull the 1300 out of my account through a card I gave him only to add another vehicle months prior. Thank god I had lost that card a month ago and had to cancel it and have it replaced other wise he would've gotten the 1300. I have never had this much problems with farmers in Nevada just here in Spokane since I've lived here. I also had an issue with him when he tried to sell me renters insurance he told me it would $80 then a month later tried to add $180 to the policy for it by charging my card I immediately called and freaked out and had the renters canceled. I do not recommend this scam artist in the least bit.

They weren't able to beat the price we are currently paying but he went above and beyond and reached out someone he knew at Stare Farm who was able to quote a better price and he provided the agents information.
