Thankfully, without ANY assistance or follow up or follow through from her, we were able to obtain alternate insurance, better coverage for a MUCH better rate! Nevertheless, we went approximately 3 days without coverage, which could have been tragic. Yup, before I'd even seen the notice and had time to freak out, Scott's called me. They have that small-town feeling in the business that you don't get many other places any more. When I walk in, Paul asks me about my own business, about my children, and chats with me about local events.
