As a person who deals with insurance companies and orders parts for customer's vehicles daily,…read moreGeico is amongst the worst. They do not honor their original, approved estimates for the repair shop or the customer. They continuously change estimates throughout the repair process in order to save the company money. So imaging getting an approved estimate for all original equipment parts: headlamps, bumpers, brackets etc. and after the parts has been ordered and installed, the estimate is changed to a used or aftermarket parts that now show to be available after the fact, and it is always a 50/50 that they chose the correct part. They constantly go back on their word. I can not stand when any company do this. Car insurance is a scam

We have been with Geico auto insurance for sometime and they seemed acceptable, yes, our auto…read morepremiums did go up slightly every 6 months but remained competitive until recently, Geico artificially and blindly entered an illegitimate and unsubstantiated yearly mileage driven number without our personal knowledge, agreement, nor awareness which changed our vehicle classification and premium increased unjustly consequentially. Numerous attempts requiring substantial personal effort and time to resolving this unjustified conduct solely created by Geico with their associates (every one of them had a different answer) but ultimately did fail. Geico said that this "unjust higher" premium does need to be paid right now and they will review it again and perhaps a "prorated refund" be sent IF the premium adjusts itself in 90 days(?) This mandatory unethical & unjust action is truly inappropriate and uncalled for! Why am I required to pay MORE or held accountable for an unjust issue created SOLELY by Geico's internal deficiency? Please carefully DO read and examine ALL your renewal notices including your vehicle's classification every time! Thank you for reading!

Got there first thing in the morning for a simple vehicle inspection. Waited over 2 1/2 hours…read morebefore they even took the vehicle. The inspection took an hour and 20 minutes for a 40 minute inspection. The mechanic was observed, taking and making calls on his cell phone, wandering away from the vehicle and talking to others, all paperwork was done at a snails pace and he seemed confused at times. Extremely inefficient effort going here there, back there and back again. Also, there were 6 cars in the bays and 4 of them just sat there for hours with no work done. Result? I've had AAA for 37 years but I will not be using this for car service again.

I brought my truck in to be diagnosed for having my wheels locked up. I was immediately told that…read moremy transfer case was bad and that it may be a slew of other things but won't know until then inspection is done. I received a phone call stating that I required a new transmission, transfer case, fluids, and some gaskets. This totaled to be just over $11,000. Once I declined, I was told a detailed receipt would be placed in the truck and sent with it, when towed to my house. Once it arrived to the house, the paperwork was not there. A representative by the name of Carlos texted me asking if I am willing to sell my truck. At this point, things seemed very questionable (unprofessional). I hesitated to respond and when I did, I stated that not at this moment. It would be for no less than 5,000. He stated it was for him and would pass it on. Now, around this time, I am calling for my paperwork and Carlos answers, after I stated the paperwork was not in the truck, he hangs up the phone. When I called back and explained what just happened to another employee; instead of apologizing or anything, he just says do I want to talk back with Carlos. I was just hung up on, so no. the employee did help me, by emailing my paperwork to me. Now the truly aggravating part. I finally got my truck to a point where I can inspect it myself and have a second opinion. Upon opening the bed of my truck I see two huge metal pieces (see below). Alarms ringing in my head now, I immediately get under the truck to see my transfer case wide open. Gears and teeth exposed. First thought is why the heck didn't anyone tell me to come look at this or state it in any conversation or correspondence. After having three other mechanics diagnose the vehicle and it only being the transfer case, I would expect a renown company whom I am a loyal PAYING customer to, would have more integrity and professionalism amongst its employees. $11,000 or sell my vehicle is the option I was given. For it to only cost me $400 and some time.
