I received a letter of cancellation, then 2 months later I received the bill for almost $200 for a new contract I never signed. I contacted his office, spoke with the representative, and was told they would back date the cancellation to reflect no renewal and I would owe nothing. Fast forward 2 more months I received a notice from a collection agency that I owed them $200. I attempted to reach out to Mr torpy's office three separate times, I left three separate voicemails, and never heard back from his office. And then reached out to Allstate corporate, and the collection agency, providing all the documentation and the charges were removed. This lack of professionalism is an excusable and a highly recommend shopping this overpriced agent.
