We just moved out accounts to Marshall & Sterling this fall and Whitney and her team did a great job in transitioning us. One of the members of our staff decided to opt out of our offerings and go directly to CDPHP and sign up with her husband for a Managed Medicare Plan. She was notified that her husband did not have credible prescription drug coverage almost 10 years ago and he was going to be charged a substantial penalty for the rest of his life. We were not having much success in working with the various health insurance carriers to come up with the necessary information to satisfy what CDPHP was looking for. Once we called Whitney for some help on how to further our efforts, she stepped up and went way above what we could have ever expected or hoped for. Whitney reached out to her many contacts in the industry and kept myself and our staff member informed and updated throughout the process.
