Alex did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. After living in several states and shopping around each time - in addition to internet research - I thought I knew everything about car insurance. Every insider trick to reduce current and future numbers, the reasons and somewhat strange explanations behind how insurance agencies come up with their conclusions. But then I stopped by while shopping around for quotes and met with Alex. He was honest, straightforward, and taught me even more about the process. In addition to all of that, he got me a rate that is lower than I believed possible while exceeding my previous coverage. I've been bragging about it, actually, and will continue to do so. I had an excellent insurance agency/representative back in Colorado, and somehow I lucked out and found an even better one here in Saratoga. If you are moving here: go see Alex. He knows the area and will help you figure out New York's system. If you are looking for new insurance: Alex again, he'll be better than your previous company. If you have great insurance and are not looking to switch: spend 15 minutes while you're downtown, because he can probably beat your current rates by a lot. Even if it is only by a little, do the math: a $5/month difference comes to $60 over a year. Alex is a fantastic agent and I'm so happy to have found him! His customer service and guidance is invaluable as I try to navigate the world of property insurance. My first experience was when I bought a new car last year and came into the process entirely clueless. Alex made everything easy - he explained the multitude of options, defined a lot of the complicated language and jargon with which I am unfamiliar, and helped me decide which coverage made the most sense for given situations. He also coordinated paperwork between all involved parties. I was really happy with his use of all types of communication - I texted required photos of various documents, which was a HUGE perk for me personally.
