We wrote to them to let them know the first company that was contacted didn't want to work with first premier because they have issues getting payment. They then assigned a plumber to our pool. It took 5+ days to get someone else assigned. That person wouldn't answer emails, calls or texts. Then finally said he would come out but then never came and stopped answering calls. I contacted first premier (god forbid) on a Thursday about this after waiting for over 90 plus minutes on hold and using the real estate option to get through, that we needed someone else. We got someone on Monday and that person put in a claim on Tuesday and we still haven't heard from first premier after 6 days and multiple calls that go unanswered and now my 11th email just on this topic alone also unanswered. If you happen to have to use this company know your contract, because they won't. They will tell you it isn't covered. But then you will read the contract back to them and then they will ask you send it to them. We are are still waiting on a check from April! They said it was going to be sent out on July 23rd. It's now been 8 weekz and coming from New York, not Cape Verde. In conclusion, find anyone but first premier. Please, please do not give them money. They will be rude to you and try everything in their power to not pay for what they have covered. Find a reputable company. You will be so happy you did.

When I needed to communicate with an insurance professional I spent three days trying to get through to someone at this office to review and upgrade my insurance policy. I left a voicemail -- that was NOT returned. I called a few days later about three times only get voicemail again. I called StateFarm 800 number to get in touch with this office. A young woman with no insurance experience tried to answer my basic questions and couldn't. She then suggested that I schedule an appointment the following week to speak with an insurance agent. She explained that the office was "busy." I followed up as advised only to learn that there was no insurance professional available. According to this woman they are a "high volume office." After spending a week and 1/2 dozen calls trying to get through to an agent at Emond Richardson's office, I transferred my insurance to another StateFarm. Suddenly an insurance agent named Michael called me wanting to answer my questions. My new State Farm agency quickly and easily answered my questions and increased my policy limits. If my account is mysteriously transferred to Emond Richardson I'll drop State Farm entirely. This office is poorly run.
