The employees/insurance agents are always kind and professional. I sometimes ask them if I can change the payment date and they allow it. They do it without any issues. I've dealt with different employees. The one who stands out the most for me is Jose. Jose is always in a good mood and ready to help and answer questions. I've only dealt with him over the phone. You can tell he likes his job (or pretends very well but I seriously doubt he's pretending). He's built a good rapport with me. He's very pleasant to deal with. Lonestar in general is very easy to deal with. Take my money, Lonestar! By the way, another insurance company recently asked me for my business. They are a few dollars less but that's alright.
