When I first called It's Time - Credit Repair for information / potentially signing up for their…read moreservice, they sold me the "world" and told me many of their clients are happy with their service. I however, did not receive any of this. Examples include: 1. They promised me disputes every 30-55 days. 2. They promised me prepared & professional "consultations" on my credit profile/report. Elizabeth (The "Expert") was not only BEHIND - ON HER OWN SET SCHEDULE of sending disputes, she was completely unprepared and LATE to the one consultation we actually did together. I had the consultation for 12 PM - she did not even show up till 12:30. I could tell she was completely unprepared, it was pathetic. She didn't even say my name right! When I brought up my concerns to the GM - Carlos actually acknowledged these concerns and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing for me besides an apology over a 15 minute phone call (Where he was also late to.) Overall, I am very un-happy with the service. (BTW - they will not give you a refund, which is kind of pathetic.) If you are reading the reviews to potentially sign up for this service, please heed my advice and go elsewhere. THEY ARE A C+ ON BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR A REASON.
