History

Established in 1931.

The Olean office was established in 2008 and then we purchased the office in Rochester in 2012. All of our staff are fully licensed so the person that answers the phone can help you from start to finish. We offer full lines of Auto, Home, Toys, Life insurance as well as Retirement Solutions. Our clients are always put first educating them of what insurance actually covers so that they can purchase only what they need. Prior to every renewal we contact our clients to confirm any potential changes in the household as well as changes in need as well as any discounts that they are missing or Allstate has added since our last conversation. We value and take care of our clients like our best friends.

Meet the Business Owner: Mark P.

My background includes several professions that help me to understand the needs of my clients before and after they need insurance coverage. Prior industries include Certified Public Accounting, Rental properties, Finance, Commercial and Residential construction and Auto Body. I divide my time between the two offices to ensure that all of our clients are properly protected. The phones are linked as well so that I can be easily reached at all times in spite of the distance. Currently within Allstate I have the honor of being chosen to help on the New York State Leaders Board as well as the National Agency Advisory Board. These committees enable me to be an advocate for my clients with corporate leaders as well as my fellow agency owners to help determine the future of what we can offer to clients. In addition each office has a non profit organization that we support in terms of labor as well as funding so that we are giving back to the community .
