I took it as I can call and cancel it over the phone. I wasn't aware I couldn't cancel over the phone. I was in Baytown Texas. I had to drive 5 1/2 hrs to come sign paperwork. What's the difference between e-file signature and a cancel in person. I got 300 bucks cheaper with state farm. I lost 200 and something bucks of the 695.00 I paid to get it. I only wanted to fix this but they wouldn't work with me. Then to top it off the lady Amy here at the dental Springs office. All I asked at the end of the conversation is about my money because I will get a refund. She got upset with me and I was very calm about the whole situation. Like I told her that's a lot of money. I don't understand why the lady is upset with me. I was very calm. Didn't say too much the whole time I was in here. I don't understand freeway insurance. I get it. I'm a soft-hearted person but there's no reason to treat customers the way they do. Good luck with them. Like I said this is just my opinion now. There was no reason for me to have to ask her about my refund. She should have just told it. Now she's saying I won't be till June or July. I don't know but I'm not going to let that go. That's a lot of money 500 something bucks. I can't just I screw it.

Until the insurance company wrote to me 3 months later inquiring why the check had not been cashed, I had no idea i was uninsured. TWFG then claimed not to have the check and knew nothing about it, but once the insurance company provided their proof of emails and phone calls to his office, the check appeared. My policy was cancelled on Feb 5 2019, I finally received the check that Mr Waldrep was holding on May 23, 2019 . The agent has yet to contact me with an explanation. I filed a complaint with the Commissioner of Insurance and they investigated the case. Do not do business with TWFG INSURANCE SERVICES,
