I had agents from this agency call me and offer rate quotes several times. Finally, I asked for…read morerates and they provided them to me at which time i said no thanks. A month later I receive a bill from the agency. I call them and tell them I never approved any coverage they stated it was a billing error and it would be corrected. This happened 3 months in a row, Then I receive a letter from a collection agency that I need to pay the one month of insurance. I went into the agency at which time I was told by the office manager that there is nothing they could do and she gave me the home office number. I sat in the office and called that number which I had a difficult time connecting to anyone. Finally someone from Allstate Home Office answers and was very polite and helped take over the issue. He assured me that this would be taken care of and he escalated it for me. If you want an agency that will take care of you locally with issues, THIS IS NOT THE AGENCY YOU WANT!!! Very unhappy with this agency. Even the gentleman from home office could not understand why they were unwilling to assist me with this. He actually said this should have been taken care of locally. If you want to have to deal with home office and not anyone local for billing or questions and concerns, voicemail loops to try to get a hold of someone from corporate, or anything else you may need from an insurance agency, well this would be the insurance agent you would love to have. The office staff member actually said nothing gets mailed out of this office, it is all done from corporate. I believe that, even to get good service you will have to go through the home office.

I made an appointment that was unfulfilled. I was also referred to UPS store which happened to be beyond nice and helpful. I got more help from UPS and the person working there that they even called Identigo to check about my electronic fingerprinting. I called AAA to speak to the Indentigo rep who happened to be at lunch about everything and the front desk receptionist was rude and hung up on me while I was trying to explain what was going on. I went back to AAA to speak to a manager, but were told they were out of the office. The same front desk receptionist was rude and had a nasty disposition. She had no customer service skills, never even said "I'm sorry for what you're dealing with, let me please explain how this works, etc." to make the customer happy and satisfied with their service. I would rather drive an hour to Nashville in rush hour traffic on 65 with semi trucker drivers clogging up the lanes and visit a location there than to deal with anyone in the Bowling Green office.

That's a little unfair and how else would you get your vehicle insured if you don't submit your car's credentials along with yours ? I do not work for NCM and just a first time customer.
