This is the first time that I have used NCM for my prized and much awaited Corvette C8 ! Great customer service and spot on communication. I really hope that I or anyone never gets into a situation where they have to do an insurance claim due to someone else's negligence or an accident. Having said that some of the reviews with 1 star claim that NCM was asking them for documents. That's a little unfair and how else would you get your vehicle insured if you don't submit your car's credentials along with yours ? I do not work for NCM and just a first time customer. I do own a small business though and would just remind customers to be fair in their approach when reviewing a business. read more

In my opinion your should definitely shop around because there are MUCH lower quotes from other companies for the same level of insurance, AND much better customer service at the other companies. NCM in my opinion does not have good customer service. They failed to disclose important information to me and then "Adam B" who is apparently in charge at NCM blamed me for his mistake! read more

I started using NCM Insurance years ago, after purchasing an older collectible car. I found NCM via the prior car owner. The transfer of that insurance to me was very efficient and seamless. Since then, I've added a couple other old collectible cars to my policy, again very smooth. I've had good experience once using their tow service to transfer a dead car to a repair shop. That went well. My one less that positive experience with NCM came when I was trying to tow another car. I attribute that issue to the tow provider, and less about NCM. I don't to date have any claim experience with NCM (which I prefer to keep that way). Otherwise, I'd recommend NCM without reservation to anyone seeking collectible vehicle insurance. read more

Getting an auto insurance policy for my Vette from NCM Insurance was straight forward and quick. After applying online, I receive a response fairly quickly through email. Though dealing with different agents, everyone was familiar with my application and it was smooth and efficient. On the phone, Sam was friendly and responsive to my request. The quote was reasonable. Through emails and phone conversations, it was a pleasure in doing business with the NCM Insurance team. Just spoke with Adam at NCM. Not a very customer friendly company. Wanted too much paperwork for a "collector" quote. Price was very good . .Told me after approval would need photos and more paperwork. Frustrated I gave up and thought what if I had a claim to settle would I receive this much grief. We are not major car collectors, and in fact, we only have two old cars. One is a 1973 Ford Bronco, and the other is a 1962 Corvette, that we restored and made into a 'Resto-Mod.' We invested way too much money into that car, and started looking into insurance. While visiting the National Corvette Museum, I bumped into a gentleman named Adam Boca. He gave us his pitch, and I was under the assumption that all classic car insurance was more or less, the same. I've never filed an insurance claim.... until two months ago. My wife was driving our restored, super clean Bronco out to girls night. When she was on her way home, one of the side-marker wires touched the exhaust pipe, and burned all the way to the wiring harness, zapping it completely. That's a $5,000 repair, and I was bummed. Just for grins, I called to see if insurance would cover this type of repair. The call was taken with kindness and sincerity, and a gentleman named Paul looked into it, then got right back with me. The news: GOOD NEWS! I quote, "We would much rather pay for an electrical fire, than a complete vehicle replacement!" Within a few emails, quotes sent, and final bill submitted, I paid the deductible, and they paid the lions share! The entire situation was handled with such professionalism, I was driven to leave this review. A++ for these guys, and there is no chance I would take my business elsewhere. I called this company regarding a quote for my vehicle. The guy who answered the phone almost immediately informed me that their office was closing in 5 minutes. I attempted to discuss the details of the quote, and asked him what additional information he required for me to purchase the insurance coverage from them. He was quite rushed, and told me that I needed to send him my declarations page from my insurance (for my other vehicle), which I did while we were on the phone. He then claimed that he didn't realize that my state requires that I fill out a separate application for the insurance, and could not use the information I submitted with the quote. He stated that he would send an email to me containing the application today (Friday), and they would work on it on Monday. I'm still waiting on this alleged application. I don't appreciate being rushed by this company, or being dismissed by this guy because he was in a hurry to get home. I would not recommend NCM to anyone who wants auto insurance. There are more reputable companies that will respect your time, and value your business. Clearly, NCM does not have the capacity to provide that. read more
