I would not use this location due to their poor communication and lack of response. I had/have…read moreseveral policies with them and ALL of my vehicles have been on the same policy. My son just had an emergency issue with his vehicle and I went on the app to order roadside assistance which I was unable to do since it wasn't showing his vehicle (it's my vehicle with him as the driver). I called and Jessica answered and could not explain why I wasn't seeing it. She stated that she couldn't see a reason and had to call me back. Then called me back to say it was canceled due to non payment which doesn't make sense since my other vehicles on the same policy are active and paid. Did not offer to try and resolve it at all. Instead got in a tizzy, stated she would not speak to me if I was going to treat her like she was stupid and agreed that she sounded stupid. Did not call her stupid. She called herself that. She could not seem to grasp that we are ALL on the same policy and made no effort to figure out what was going on and help the situation. Explained to her that I never got a bill. That the documents (which I have printed to make sure that they don't try to alter anything) show his vehicle being active and no cancelations or bills. In fact, he even had a roadside assistance claim earlier in the year. She is definitely not an asset to the company. Tried to pass the buck to whoever I spoke to months ago in regards to the Murano instead of doing her job and helping. I'll be looking for other insurance since this location only wants your premiums but doesn't want to fix/figure out what's going on.
