Additionally, one of the Customer Service Reps was extremely rude and condescending to me. She acted bothered that I was coming in from out of state. Then the other customer service person was busy with someone else and couldn't be bothered with helping me. Stay awaiy from this place! -Update: I called and spoke with the broker and let him know about my experience. He was pretty much a mute on the phone as I explained what happened. He only says, "all I can do is offer you an apology". This might be the real issue. All he should do is fix the issues, and thank me for bringing it to his attention. Bad apples come from bad trees. Not at all surprised now with the utter lack of give a crap displayed by his employees.

When we asked if we could interrupt their apparently canned speech in order to correct some of their misconceptions as to what we actually wanted in the way of insurance coverage, we were talked over in a dismissive, dictatorial manner and when we objected, they actually told us to leave. I have never been treated this way in my life by any business here on the Island--I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy. Their behavior is not only inexcusable by any standard, it's absolutely shameful.
