I walked into their location excited about a new purchase of a car to leaving angry and upset. I was looking to do insurance for my vehicle along with registration and plates. Darlene would not allow for plates to be done because it was to late in the day, explaining it takes 45 minutes. When I asked about them closing at 5 she told me they stop doing plates at 4. This was a lie after speaking to her manager who explained they stop doing plates at 4:30. I showed up at the location at 4:15! She was not willing to assist me ,even after me explaining if anything it would be 5 mins after 5. Even to the point of her telling me I could take my stuff and go somewhere else I didn't need to be there. SMH ..
