I walked into their location excited about a new purchase of a car to leaving angry and upset. I was looking to do insurance for my vehicle along with registration and plates. Darlene would not allow for plates to be done because it was to late in the day, explaining it takes 45 minutes. When I asked about them closing at 5 she told me they stop doing plates at 4. This was a lie after speaking to her manager who explained they stop doing plates at 4:30. I showed up at the location at 4:15! She was not willing to assist me ,even after me explaining if anything it would be 5 mins after 5. Even to the point of her telling me I could take my stuff and go somewhere else I didn't need to be there. SMH .. I called them to double check the info given to me by Susan and it was confirmed that the information she was spouting was completely false. I recommend avoiding this agent at all costs and finding one who might actually know something about the registry in MA.

Except not. Thank god I called to check, and my old policies were current and money kept pouring form my bank account... I must add that he said "don't hesitate to reach out to me ANYTIME" if you have any questions. I guess it was part of his "training".
