Unfriendly, lackadaisical, uninterested and very poor communication skills. I used these losers for…read moreover 10 years to prepare my tax returns. Their carelessness in assessing my filing status cost me several thousand dollars in tax credits over three years. And their failure to assess my situation properly cost me 8 years of contributions to, and tax-deferred growth in, a self-directed retirement account. I had to do the research myself and when I presented it to Mr. Snoozy the accountant he acted annoyed that I woke him up. I dropped those losers and didn't even realize how bad it was until I went to an accountant who actually paid attention and properly assessed my situation. I don't know what these losers at Scheffel Boyle are concentrating on, but it sure wasn't me as a client. Stay away.
