I went on the Farmers website for my local agent Richard James and filled out the information for a quote. The monthly quote was $20 less a month from what I was already paying, for the same auto insurance coverage. Instead of purchasing the insurance online I decided to stop by the local office which was near my home. The team there was friendly, helpful and curteous. They also told me they were glad I came in because there were more savings and discounts that they could help me find to get the best deal for my coverage. I am happy and have changed my mind on how it is I buy my insurance, and with who. I now will know who I'm speaking to when I call, it will be Richard, Judy or Shannon, and they too know who I am. That's pretty cool.

Helpful, super friendly and beyond knowledgeable. Let's be real. Most of us don't know all the ins and outs of insurance and when explained to you usually is confusing and may make you feel dumb. Not Jonathan. Explained everything in a way to make things make sense and went above to try and save me money on my upcoming policy changes. Most companies want to gouge you for every penny.
