This is the first year the exchange is no longer offered and I was referred to this company for help. The owner set up a call with me and then never called me when she was supposed to. I called them and somebody else called me back and said they weren't prepared and would it be OK if they called me in three hours? I said yes and she called me back and we spoke for a while and made an appointment for the following week to set up insurance. Over the weekend I had a couple questions and after I asked the second question, the owner literally canceled the call for Monday saying she no longer wanted to work with me because there were so many people who really wanted help and I didn't really want it. ?? I think what really happened is they messed up twice, we're about to mess up a third time and don't want to take accountability. For a woman run business to tell another woman to go take their business somewhere else is very telling. The nail in the coffin was that I went online directly with Blue Cross Blue Shield got a plan and it was cheaper than what they quoted me.
