We were dropped and then found out it was their error. We were reinstated. Guess what ? it happened again without our knowledge. The insurance carrier dropped us last week. We had no idea since it comes out automatically from our checking account, there was no email, no call, no letter from Payne West our Insurance Brooker. Their name must tell the story, they are definitely a pain in my ass, be smart take care of your own insurance needs, and dont let them be a PAYNE in yours. REALLY go through the Insurance company and forget the Broker. ​

I have contacted the escrow officer many times to find out and make sure the most current up to date documents are on file since they didn't express an interest when they sent me the corrected closing documents and had already received signed forms from me with the wrong figures again due to their clerical error. The escrow officer has never returned my call. Hopefully I don't get the men in the black suites knocking on my door claiming I committed fraud.
