We recently switched from Farmers (we loved them and our agent) but their price increases (especially after adding our teen daughter as a driver) forced us to shop around. From start to finish when working up the quotes for our home, vehicles, business truck and trailer, everyone at this office handled it like they were the owner of the company, had the answers on the spot and knew the answer to every question we asked - it was awesome! By the way every person we spoke with spoke so highly of Suzanne and how involved she is in creating a team environment that's second to none. They definitely love what they do and who they work for. We also love and appreciate how in sync everyone is when it comes to staying in the know when their policy holder needs help with something. It doesn't matter who takes the call or replies to the text/email, they're always on it and always offer top notch service every single time. Oh, and by the way, I found it even easier to get answers on the fly via tex rather than calling which I love. Call, text or email... they're always responsive. For me, texting is the win and I get my answers fast. Their app is fantastic, I love how each member of the household can pay their part for their vehicle and have access to the app with their own username and password. It's also great for monitoring your driving habits and keeping an eye on how the teen driver is doing. I saved the best for last.... when we switched we got higher coverages plus an umbrella policy and lowered our bill from Farmers by just under $300 a month. I was skeptical at first but with the Drive Safe app and everything else we ended up in a better place when it comes to insurance and the savings was so great we can afford to do more things every month or save that cash for something bigger like another vacation or project around the house. The costs were competitive at State Farm and I get nothing but the best of personal service and information to guide my decisions from their very personable associate Karie Cordle. My situation was more than a little complicated, including finding insurance for a house and household for the first time; transferring my current car insurance from Mississippi to Oregon; continuing my renter's insurance until my property was delivered from storage to a new home that the previous owners kept delaying their departure; and understanding the cost we might incur when we acquired the second car that we want. Karie Cordle answered all the questions i needed to understand, was exceptionally well informed, and made time available to fit my schedule for face to face meetings. I honestly don't think I could ever switch agencies after the ease of that process combined with all the help I receive when i just walk in to the office with questions. I had been with State Farm for 9 years. They canceled my Auto insurance policy WITHOUT notice. I locked my keys in my car and when I called for roadside assistance I then was informed that I don't have a policy and have been without insurance for TWO MONTHS!!! It is on their record that I was on the phone returning a call two weeks ago when NOTHING was mentioned about them dropping me. When on the phone getting all of the information I could about this they gave me no options and said "and now you do not qualify for a policy with us". Because they failed to notify me by phone, email, or mail, and I have been uninsured for two months, I am being penalized by other companies for the lapse in insurance and getting quotes 3x the amount I was paying before. I even got an email from this agency 6 days after they canceled my policy asking to meet with their team so they could "assure that you have received all the possible discounts" and so "we know how to best represent you with your coverage"- nothing about a non renewal or cancel. I would have recommended State farm to any and everyone, but after being bounced around agents for the last year and a half and then this... stay far away from state farm. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a insurance agent. They cancelled my policy and didn't tell me never sent me a letter and I had even spoke with them two days prior to this cancellation because my sons car broke down and need to know their policy on towing a vehicle and to let them know I had not received my ID cards yet. You would think that maybe at that point they would have let me know or said something...nope instead they say they'll send them out and then I find out when I go online to pay my bill that there is no auto policy only a renters policy. So when I call to ask what's going on they say they left messages again nope I have all my call logs and all my voice mails not one from them I even tell them I will call Verizon to get a copy of my call logs to give them to prove this point. Then Suzanne herself tells me she will make it right and insure me for a week til I can find other insurance then calls back and says.....I never said that! I've had State Farm before and know that not all the agents are like this so if you really would like to have State Farm I highly advise against this agent! And I have to give a star in order to post this but actually she doesn't deserve any! read more
