These people are as crooked as the letter "S"! It has been nothing but problems from JUMP! They…read moregive me a policy, they don't give me a policy. They waited until almost a month later to tell me after the fact that they could not underwrite my policy (because I had been ensured by my job for 10 years prior). So they added me onto my wife's policy and told me that I would get my down payment back within 2 weeks. Almost 2 months later, nothing! I call and the agents last day was the next day and to expect a call back from another agent later that evening! Again, NOTHING!! I had to call corporate to get any movement. Fast forward to yesterday when I received a letter from Allstate saying that I was denied credit for coverage, called the 800#, routed to the Eric Douglas agency and spoke with someone there who told me that the only type of check that it was had to do with my driving record, which was contradictory to what the letter stated. She told me that she would let me talk to the supervisor, who just so happened at that moment was going into a meeting and she would call me back before that office closed at 6pm. No call until the next morning when Dee called me and told me that there was no one in her office who performed the credit check and she had no record of a credit check (when the person a day before told me that it was run on 9/21/18/). She said that there was no way to know who I talked to, or even if I talked to someone in that office the day before. I told her the ethnicity of the person that I spoke to and she said there were 2 in the office, and when I told her who it was, she said that she no longer works there (FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!) I asked her to direct me to whom I can speak with to find out what happened and she told me to get in touch with the credit bureau. Not her problem, not her concern. I asked her to pull the ACD call from the day before and she feigned that she didn't know what an ACD was. DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY!!!!! They are a SCAM!!!! This is the most unprofessional, uninformative RACKET that I have ever witnessed and am going to scream it from the mountaintops for as long as I can, until something changes with this agency.
