Jennifer and all of her staff are not only caring and personable but so well organized and quick with any documents I may need or paperwork I need to fill out. My husband and I were in a car accident, and when I called their office they were spot on on helping me with everything! I was in a total panic the whole week, and the WHOLE office knew me every time I called, which was almost every day. Anyone who answered the phone helped me. This is how this office works! Once my husband and I were ready to purchase a new vehicle, our salesman called Jennifer's office to add it to our insurance policy. He spoke to Nicki and said she was awesome. When I called Eric said they would take care of it and I was due a refund. Still waiting for my refund, instead I received my 2nd notice from the collection agency. I had to basically do their work for them and contacted Allstate directly and the collection agency. Still waiting for my outcome. When I called their office again, no one answered my calls, or returned my voice mail. The worst service I have ever received!!!
