It's very clear that they bit off more than they can chew with the amount of clients they have. They focus on their business clients, so god help you if you're just filing a personal tax return. And god forbid they make a mistake which is often, you will be blamed for it and they won't be willing to help you. One year they sent our refunds to another clients' bank account. The attitudes of every single person at this office is atrocious, they complain and gossip about all their clients. Horrendous. We were yelled at and harassed with phone calls numerous times by the accountants here because we had questions after they hit an all time record of errors. Stay away. A sadly dying business in a crime infested place. Yuck!
