I'm not sure what happened over there, but forget about EVER getting a call, email or text returned. There are many reviews from other clients who also were angry about not being able to get any customer service. I was so frustrated that I ended up calling Allstate HQ and asked if this agency was still in business. They told me they were but transferred my policies to another Allstate agency due to my frustration. I'm a client and just needed some help reviewing and modifying my policy. They were efficient at one point in time but forget about that now. I tried for weeks to get through to somebody and never did. I would not recommend this agency. I now have an agent who actually answers the phone and returns emails.

Several months ago I called and left messages with him and his assistant for quotes on new cars only to end up calling the national 800 number for assistance. Turns out, Progressive wanted our business and we now have four cars on full coverage for what Allstate was charging us for two. I called Brett's office to cancel and guess what; left more messages. Again, I had to call the 800 to cancel. But, that's not the end of my term at Allstate. National customer service can ALMOST cancel your policy. Some sort of correspondence is then sent to Brett so he can call and try to save the customer. Yep, not one call which was fine. However, now we're getting calls from Allstate saying we're past due on our billing. An hour today on the phone to make sure ONE of Allstate's oh I don't know 3000 employees could finally get this sorted out. That cancel call was on August 1st; and they are still trying to take money for a policy that we canceled UPDATE: As of October 3rd, we're getting internal collection notices from Allstate stating that we're still insuring you even though you haven't paid your bill. The final notices are comical; until it hits my credit report and that's when I will seek litigation against Allstate and Brett Clayton UPDATE: Wifey called Brett to cancel today on 10-6 again, resolution center called me at 4:30PM to ask us to explain our issues. TOTAL blame is on Brett Clayton who didn't do his job. When is a cancel not a cancel? We were even CHARGED AFTER THE CANCELLATION FOR OUR MONTHLY PAYMENT! I can honestly say that it was the best experience with an insurance claim that I have ever had. After speaking with her I almost instantly received a call to start the process to replace my precious ring. Not only did they replace my ring but they contacted the jeweler who designed it and had the exact ring made for me. I am thrilled beyond words!! I recently spent $200 on a test batch of leads from All Web Leads (AWL) for life…read moreinsurance/retirement-related prospects. Out of the first 8 leads I attempted to contact before stopping the service: 5 were reachable. 1 had a dead 1 disconnected number. 1 had an inactive number and email. 1 prospect only spoke Spanish (no indication in the lead data). Of the remaining three who answered, none seemed aware of how their information was gathered or appeared to have actively requested quotes. One explicitly told me on a personal follow-up that he had never looked into life insurance or retirement products. This does not align with what I expected from "high-intent" or recently requested leads. I called AWL customer service about reimbursement for the clearly bad leads (dead and disconnected). They refused to reimburse those two and are only issuing a partial credit of $112 back to my card, leaving me out of pocket for the rest despite the poor results. All Web Leads operates multiple consumer-facing brands that appear to feed into the same shared lead pool. This includes insuranceQuotes.com, NetQuote.com, InsuranceLeads.com, and others acquired over the years. Agents buying through any of these are often drawing from the same ecosystem, which can lead to shared leads, higher competition, and variable quality. AWL also runs its own AWL Insurance Agency (AWLIA), which writes policies directly-this creates an in-house priority that some agents feel results in lower-quality "afterthought" leads being sold externally. I've seen similar complaints from other agents about lead validity, unresponsive contacts, language barriers, and refund difficulties on BBB and review sites. While AWL is an established company with volume, my experience (and many others') highlights ongoing challenges with quality control in their model. I won't be continuing with AWL or any of their affiliated brands. Prospective buyers should test small and document everything.

Both the other driver and Farmers insurance accepted responsibility and we filed our claim. The Farmers adjuster actually helped me in preparing the claim and taking photos and videos. The adjuster kept in contact with me and returned my calls and Emails promptly. The adjuster never tried to get the auto body shop to cut any corners and paid for repairs not readily evident in the pictures and original estimates. I was totally impressed with this company and how they stood behind their client and treated us with respect all the way throughout the repair process.
