This is what I…read moresaid: Have Easley not be a total fraud and liar. he tripled my renters insurance premium in 3 months and then proceeds in telling me lie after lie after lie. Then I canceled and expected a refund. I contacted him several times and he assured me the policy had canceled and a check was issued on Feb 27, 2020. Lie. I contacted his office and they said it would be 7-10 business days. I thought the check had been cut? I then filed complaint with Texas dept Ins and today a State Farm corporate rep contacted me and told me they had just cut a check and I should be getting it shortly. I asked, I thought the check had been cut and mailed. She looked at the notes and said the original check was mailed to the wrong address. Funny. The only address I gave them was on my policy. I advised her not get caught up in his lies. I told her Andrew would not know the truth if it hit him in the face. I told her I know when people lie to me and now she was getting caught up in trying to cover for him. I told her it didn't look good on her either. All they do is lie. She said she thinks it was an isolated case. I told her as much lying as this guy has been doing it is not an isolated problem. We shall see if I get a check by next week.
