I dont Even know where to begin here. We drove up from Pittsburgh because we bought a car. Got the…read moretitle moved over and everything took a good while. Well then when it came to getting the new plates that was a different story. the woman who handled this was very rude to begin with, and when my grandma who was buying the car showed her proof of insurance it was refused. Okay so I found a copay of the original card also rejected. so I brought up her policy and proof on my phone. okay they said it was good and so I asked if we could proceed and she flat out told me no and that it was closing. It was 1 minute after, there was no reason for her not to finish the transaction. Now a 2 hour drive was for nothing. thank you for wasting my time and others. truly terrible
