I have no problem with being offered MAYBE a lower rate on my current auto insurance. After the phone call I received today from an individual who shall remain nameless (for now) I DON'T CARE how much money I would save! I DO NOT APPRECIATE ANYONE soliciting to me in a condescending way! When I say I don't want to make an appointment, the next question SHOULDN'T be WHY. Then being badgered on "well don't you want to see about cheaper premiums?" I actually kept my cool! When I asked the individual "do you speak to all your customer's like this?"Then here comes the apologies.. Now note, I'm NOT talking about the tone of voice, but the language in which an adult is speaking to another ADULT as if I'm an idiot . All that needed to be said by the agent, was "stop in when your free & we can go over some quotes to save you $." So of course I blocked the call. HE calls back a couple of hours later & left a v.m . I am completely angered @ how *DANIEL* handled this solicitation, and I will DEF be sharing this info with my family & friends on WHOM NOT to allow to assist them!!!

The 3 day hold released the funds then they with out any notice or reason took the money back out a large sum. I went to the branch they said you can't deposit business checks into a personal account which historically has been inaccurate i have for years. Then they tell me that after they verify the check they will return my money so they call and do verify it. Then they refuse to give me my funds or my check back even though its been through the hold released once and verified by the issuer. How can they take your money without notice reason or anything? If they feel I don't have a right as a sole proprietor to deposit checks made to my business then they shouldn't have processed it i should have been notified which I was not

Reserved a car for a 3 almost 4 hour road trip,for 2 days. The car they give me stinks, has a crack in the windowshield, and the seats have stains on them. Immediately take the car back because WHO WOULD WANT TO RIDE IN THIS CAR!!! Seemed like someone was literally LIVING in this car and if you sat down on the seats you'd be getting up with bedbugs. Smelled like garbage and BO..... one time got a rental that smelled like straight weed. It was so bad thank god I didn't have a random at work I prolly would've popped up positive but I digress....Anywho, they ask what was wrong, I told them go look in there and you tell me what's wrong...... swapped it out. This one had a smell too, but no stains on the seats or cracked windshield. Whatever I'll take it. MIND YOU!!!!! IT HAD A CRACKED TAILIGHT!!!! Went to Orielly's or how ever you spell the store got a couple cans of maguire's car freshner bombs and extra strength tree freshener and bombed the HELL OUTTA THE CAR. Poor car finally SMELLED like a rental and not somebodies port-a potty. I said all that to say this, enterprise used to be USED TO BE a nice car rental place. I believe some are but this location is HOR-RI-BLAY!!! Do better Enterprise and put the effin floor mats back in the cars you're renting. Just tacky...... AND SERVICE YOU EFFING VEHICLES TOO!!!

In about 15 minutes I was lead out to a 2024 Tacoma and handed the keys. The place was clean and the staff courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Matt for all your help.
