When I needed to add my wedding bands to my policy, it wouldn't go through for months. I was only ever notified by mail of the problems and was never reached out to in an attempt to rectify the situation. Then, after we bought a home I tried to cancel my policy. It has taken me MONTHS to cancel a policy for an apartment that we haven't lived in for over a month and it is still not resolved. State Farm does not allow you to cancel the policy via their customer service line so I have been playing back and forth with the agent to try to get this resolved. In the two years I've worked here, I believe I've worked with over four people to help me (new people every few months) and I have only been in contact with Felix once. Please-- do not go here for your insurance needs!

When I did leave messages they didn't get returned until after the 3rd voice mail and after 2 weeks. Since I recently had moved and had this experience with this office I figured that I would change agents for one with an office closer to my home. When working through refinancing this year his office was called (because they were the old agent on the homeowners) and no answer however they returned an email saying "we don't insure this property or this person" I have been with State Farm for 25 years and continue to be insured however no longer through this agent. There is no reason that Felix and his associates couldn't have said yes he is insured through State Farm but I'm no longer his agent. Very very un professional. This guy gets a 1star review because I can't leave a no star review. It's based on professionalism, response time and the ability to get a hold of someone.

Jim, was very efficient at the start of policy (Aug '25). Then, Jim was able to issue a full…read morecoverage auto policy with a reasonable rate in Maryland. It was with a subsidiary of State Farm, GainsCo auto insurance. Never heard of the company. However, fast forward, when hitting a snag via the online payment portal, it didn't recognize the policy # being inputted in the system. GainsCo customer service may as well be non-existence. All modifications must be completed by the initial insurance representative who began the policy. Due to GainsCo archaic system & poor instructions by customer service, the payment ended-up being late. Maryland insurance compliance do not play. They'll charge approximately $200 for insurance non-compliancy in the state. I was advised by GainsCo agent, prior to making payment, the deadline will be 11/11/25. Insurance canceled on 11/10/25. Jim, the State Farm (GainsCo) agent didn't mitigate circumstances, to waive late fee or reinstatement process. They simply penalized me for not being aware of how to use the archaic online system. If online account numbers isn't entered correctly, it will not populate account payment information. Who knew? This was the first & will be the last payment to experience such awful customer services. When advising Jim of the dissatisfaction received by GainsCo, Jim simply agree with shopping market for another policy, elsewhere. Hence reasons for not completing a google review when starting the policy. Whatever happen to good (not even great) customer & product services. The real satisfaction arrives in the duration of contract (policy). It's difficult to refer anyone to companies who provides convoluted policyholder interactions. Prior to payment, it was requested to sign a "loss of property" form, indicating no damages was done to vehicle due to cancellation. I've paid the late fee, reinstated the policy & presently searching for a more reputable insurance agent & firm. This is not It!!

I came from a truly full service Erie agency who I would have happily been with forever if not for…read moremy teenage daughter and her "learning experiences." So imagine my shock when I had my 1st claim (a hit-and-run while my car was parked) with this agency. They did absolutely nothing for me except to steer me to the worst body shop I've ever come across. All my other dealings were with the poor saps at the 800 customer care number who promised to pass along my displeasure to Mr. Coyle. Of course, the only time I EVER heard from this agency was after I cancelled my policies. I've since heard from several former Allstate agents that he tells his staff that they are to keep all calls from policyholders to three minutes or under. I make it a point to pass this along to anyone I know. There are agents who earn their commissions out there -- but Jamie Coyle is most certainly not one of them!

Your in good hands with Allstate, on 8-28 in the parking lot of Popeyes On York Rd I was hit by a…read morelady who hit me as I was going forward, she then tried to pull off without giving me her insurance information she gave me a piece of paper with her name and insurance phone number and her phone number on it, The person driving not gonna say her name, while I was getting my information together she came over to my car and said she is on her way to a funeral and she jumped in her van and pulled off, I called AllState and told them what happened, I then start getting all these apologies all I want is my car fixed I downloaded Allstate app and took pictures of the damage to my car nothing is wrong with her van at all but my car is, in a couple of days I get an estimate letter from Allstate stating how much they're willing to pay for the repairs to my bumper, speed forward Before I can even get my bumper fixed another driver on Sunday hit my parked car and pulled off but not before I get a picture of the license plate I called them again to report the second Accident she then call someone else who didn't get on the phone and tell me that it was a 50-50 and they not gonna pay for my car because they didn't get a recorded statement mind you they got a recorded statement which is not true the person who took my statement informed me that I was being recorded, so now someone else tells me she is the one handling that case but on the later approving to get the work done now saying she never talked to me, okay but your name isn't on this signed letter, I told the truth and my statement I made on the 28th of August remains the same. They trying to mail me out a check I told her to hold up I was on my way to the shop I wanted to fix it and I'll give her a call once I get there she said okay no problem. Now they want me to give another statement. Now I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY SAY SPEAK WITH A LAWYER BEFORE YOU TALK WITH AN INSURANCE COMPANY, YOUR IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE

I can always call him and ask him his advice on changing my policy and questions. I recently had someone come wreck into my car at night and badly damage it. The person who hit me didn't have enough insurance to fix my car and I needed help. I was trying to deal with both insurance company's to get my car fixed and it was a pain. I called Mike and he had a tow truck there to get my car the same day and even sent it to his personal favorite body shop for me. This isn't even his job but he did it for me, it is supposed to be the insurance adjuster. This is just how good Mike is and how helpful. I just picked my van up and he was definitely right about the shop he picked. (FRANK AND BILLS) It is perfect and flawless. I switch cars all the time and I am always calling Mike changing my policy and he is the absolute best. I also have my renters insurance and motorcycle insurance through him which is also perfect. I'd been working with a Vanguard advisor since 2013, but they do recommend you also check with a CPA to determine how to best plan for tax efficiency year after year. I went to the appointment, was kept waiting a bit (no big deal) and once I was in the office this person (Tatyana) looked at my paperwork and started in on me with a very hard sell to get out of the market and let her manage my retirement. I said, "I just want some advice on managing my tax exposure on an annual basis". She said, "I have all of my clients out of the market" she showed me a chart of market trends since 1928 forward..."the market has risen ***% since blah blah blah. How long do you think that will go on????" You are not safe in the market, now. (Well, I've been through the 1999 crash, and fortunately was smart enough to balance my investments before the 2008 "great recession") Tatiyana's pronouncements are scare tactics to doubt what you know and your own investing knowledge and skills. She was not pleasant and was extremely arrogant. She told me to think about it, and come back in a week. I did not go back. Don't go unless you are a lamb wanting to be sheared/fleeced.
