I said I was interested in what other services they might have as well as a walk-through for the procedure to transfer my account if I became disabled. I have a brain tumor so this could be a possibility. I finally asked if this phone call was my "meeting". He basically told me since I have less than a million invested with them they weren't interested in talking to me in person. When he realized I had other investments they might snag he got a little more interested. Is it too much to ask to spare an existing customer 30 minutes? I wish it wasn't such a hassle to close my account and go somewhere else. I can certainly see why their reviews are so bad.
