I called atleast 15 different times and never once got Frank DiGiorgio on the phone or Christina DiGiorgio. All I got was constant voicemails when I called so I emailed Frank and asked him to call me at a time when I was available. Instead I got his wife calling me at a time outside of the window that I could answer and this happened twice. He couldn't be bothered to pick up a phone OR return an email ever. Never once talked to him. I did finally manage to talk to his wife way after the fact and this was after she left a voicemail saying she was going to email me and call me the next day. Never got an email at all and heard from her finally 3 days later. When I asked her about the email she claimed she sent it to the wrong email address... I guess hitting a reply button to my email is too hard for her. Based on my experience, I formed the opinion that these people were completely useless, unprofessional, and clearly did not value me as a client so I fired them and changed agents. I'll never use weinsure again.

After 3 months I canceled the policy and bought a better policy with Allstate at 1/3 the cost. Now I have been waiting 3 months to receive my return of unused premium. All Mr. Rausch offers is excuse after excuse why I am not able to receive the refund. Then he claims no responsibility for this situation. Do not use this man or anything he tries to sell you.
