I had to remove my credit card info from his website because he just kept taking my money. I can't imagine what he'd do if I actually needed to use my policy. I assume absolutely nothing. If you are deaf or hard of hearing he doesn't care. He will not acknowledge or reply to emails or even the "contact us" feature on his own website! He is definitely not ready to run his own business; maybe he has a lot going on at home or just doesn't have time and I feel for him if that's the case but his issues are affecting his clients and that's never good.

Only to find out that I was driving around Texas with No insurance (also only found out because I called about a window)! Also I had been charged a little over $762 for a truck that we sold and notified them about two years ago! Somehow it was put back into my business account that never had it in the first place??? Jamie got a refund submitted that should arrive soon. Jamie got my insurance back up and running so I feel relatively sure I am covered. It has been total nightmare and a large worry not knowing if your insured? If I had not called I would have never known. It scares me to think that I could have had an accident and not been covered only because their office messed up. Needless to say I am still out about $3000 cash that should have been covered by insurance had my policy been active. Jamie saved the day....

My daughter had a minor accident and reached out to Kat Williams over the last 2 weeks. She sent 3 emails with NO response. She called the local office and was transferred to the 1-800 corporate line every time! She was contacted by the local office directly to sell her life insurance. She was never responded to about the accident. Kat finally replied when she told her she was changing agents. Her response was "I didn't have full system access". I'm not sure what that means and why she couldn't bother to respond to the 3 emails and 3 calls.. My daughter contacted a new agent to change to and they responded 10 minutes later. The Kat Williams office is useless!!! They were worse than that since they didn't help my daughter with her claim and she is out $1000.
