Needless to say, he did not ever pay up. But through it all, Shelly's team remained professional, and very compassionate and understanding with us. literally the worst insurance company EVER. my granny filed a claim with her roof that has very…read moreobvious hail damage and they said there was nothing wrong with the roof. fast forward a few weeks later they sent her a letter through the mail giving her a list of things to fix before they could go any further (the roof was one of them) so they acknowledged that the roof needs to be replaced and then they told her to paint the windows that are outside. just lots of silly reasons that aren't important at all. They don't want to fix anything or give you money to fix anything. 0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy. Theyve cause my granny lots of stress so now I'm trying to help her gather the money to help cover getting a roof replaced which Is going to be almost impossible. Were dropping them completely and getting a new insurance.
