Google says you close at 6pm, YELP says 6:00 PM, and even if you closed at 5:30 PM today I was there long before that. You need to update your hours EVERYWHERE and inform the staff as well so I do not waste my time trying to come when you're closed. I was told on the phone you are open until 6 PM two different times, as well as on Saturdays. You are closed for 4th of July weekend but today is Thursday July 1st and I do not understand why for the fourth time I have visited this location it is closed. I also came on Saturday June 26th after being told that close is around 2 PM and I was there before that as well. What is going on?

My story with the Vega Agency (specifically Morgan Lingefelt) started in mid-December of 2024 when I asked for my new truck to be added to my parent's policy. I was given a quote for my truck ($350 for full coverage) and was under the impression that it would be added on to my parent's policy. I ended up being given my OWN policy which was not what I requested. After multiple unsuccessful phone calls with Morgan (which I was blamed for not following up, when in fact she told me after every call that she would follow up with me or my dad), it was determined that I would cancel my policy with them and look elsewhere. This was when they decided to try and help (unsuccessfully). Morgan said she would try to get me a better quote for my truck, including a defensive driving class I had taken 2 months prior, and told me that she needed to get it "approved" by upper management? I was again told that she would follow up with me about the quote, never to hear from her unless I called. Last friday, I called and spoke with Brenda and she told me that Morgan was out of the office and would follow up with me on Monday (Jan 27).... surprise, I never received a call from anyone at the agency. I called at least once a week for over 1 month, and was just now able to cancel my policy with Morgan Lingefelt and the Vega Agency. This whole process lasted a little over 1 month, and I assume they refuse to follow up to keep collecting $$ from their overpriced policies. I would HIGHLY!!!!! recommend you look elsewhere for insurance, as the Vega Agency will 100% mess something up, blame it on you, and sandbag the entire process to make you either give up or leave. I'm not one to leave reviews, unless I have an extraordinary experience (good or bad), and the Vega Agency has earned every bit of this review. I hope you take your business elsewhere, as they do not deserve it.

Auto insurance is one of those things we hate to pay for but, its required. I had an issue with a claim where my insurance estimate was cancelled by corporate as they were unable to find my vehicle at the inspection yard. The tow company did not release my auto to the inspection yard until after the inspection date. So... Car not found inspection cancelled. This was the state for 16 days. I contacted Eric & his team, and explained that my repair inspection was 16 days or so overdue. 24 hours later after the escalation by Eric's Team...
