So I called to make my payment this month to find out my insurance has been cancelled over $6.00. 1. I was never notified 2. I directly went through her to make my payment. 3. She denied it being her fault. She proceeded to tell me that I was held responsible for making that late fee. Excuse me? STAY AWAY FROM SARA! She obliviously has organization problems, and she maybe even missing some brain cells. I will talk to management tomorrow and update you on how they handle it.
