There's no way to reach ANYONE on Sunday. Although you can reach a human if you have any issues with their credit card. They don't see any problem with that. The transaction was made through Zelle on credit union website. They told me because of that there is nothing they could do. They take absolutely zero responsibility for not having any means to reach ANYONE on a Sunday. The FFCU president offered patronizing apologies and excuses. She then took it to the board who denied me as well. Beside the fact that I have been a member for 15 years and have paid well over $1000 in credit card interest and taking care of their rediculous and arbitrary fees ($5 to transfer money from one account to another electronically when one account is short as an example-sheer greed) $1000 is literally a drop in the bucket compared to their assets. Of course they argue that if they do it for me they'd have to do it for all members and to that I say they SHOULD. You can be damn sure if it was anyone mentioned- President or board member that they'd be reimbursed. Family First, just not yours.

When I brought this up they were disrespectful and condescending towards me. They invalidated my feelings and made no sense as to why they would not remove my family member from my account but I could still close my account? That makes no sense, them giving my personal info makes no sense. I'm sad I was a member for so long and was treated so poorly
