This officewas super helpful when I moved to Dallas from Illinois. I was a little annoyed that I had to switch my policy with the other company to Texas, so I shopped around. While I was shopping places, no one made me feel as comfortable as this office. They made switching so easy! They even texted me all the details which was a selling point for me to work with them. I'm super busy, and work a lot so any professional that can text me is a winner! I handled ALL my business with the office via text, which made it easier to handle my insurance!
