NOW THREE MONTHS LATER, I can't figure out why so many transactions and extra money is coming out of my escrow account. I called the agent and found out he has already credited and rebilled my policy three times. Never a phone call. No communication. I was getting checks from the insurance group and didn't know why. It was due to the twice credit and rebills. And NOW......oops. His comment to me was: "oops, I forgot to check a box". My policy is an ADDITIONAL $400! RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THESE FOLKS!!!! They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR QUOTES AND WILL CHANGE THE AMOUNT WITHOUT TELLING YOU!

He had at least seven hours to tell me something, but apparently my request was disregarded. I had to telephone him, and he gave me the impression that not much had been done to find me a policy. There were a couple things, each over 100 pounds and lower than the side bed. They wanted me to unload thousands of dollars of stuff on the side of the road or they wouldn't tow me. Mind you, they've towed this truck before, with everything in the back just like today. They said they wouldn't do it and left me on the side of the road. Didn't offer to help me get somewhere for water while I had to find someone else to tow me. AAA abandoned me on the side of the road and I had to pay out of pocket for my tow of 5 miles. Will they leave you on the side of the road like me, it's a question you need to ask yourself. I'd give zero starts if it allowed.
