The agent repeatedly promised to send it "in 10 minutes," but four days have passed and I've received nothing. When I contacted the insurance company directly, they confirmed that it is the agent's responsibility to provide the RCE. This level of service is unacceptable. I wish I could give negative stars. Very poor customer service and a complete lack of follow-through.
