I took my car to their office for a photo inspection and was told I was all set. Apparently they took the photos wrong. No one ever let me know. It's still not resolved and I have been driving around without full coverage. That was a month ago. I called upset and they told me to just take a photo myself and send it to them, which I did. Again I was told I was all set. But when I called a few weeks later I am told no, actually my coverage is still suspended. I guess I will be switching insurance companies. Really regret leaving my old company for this nonsense.

Saved big time bucks here for a vehicle I neither needed nor wanted. The agency is easy to reach either by phone or email. Some one will get back to you and they are knowledgeable about the product they sell. Final note, no one here tried to upsell my homeowners by nickel and diming me about lower deductables, increasing coverage or any other such nonsense.
