Texting with caps, as if they were yelling. It seemed as if whoever was texting always had a chip on their shoulder and it would baffle me because I'm literally a paying customer and have been for a few years with them. i have since parted ways due to their lack of professionalism and customer service being sub-par. Would not recommend this specific agent's office due to her unprofessional employees.
