As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "How can I help you today sir?" Which you don't hear much anymore this day and age. I explained my situation and they told me they'd be glad to quote me they just needed a little bit of my personal and automotive information. While providing them my information I was asked if I'd like some water or iced tea. I gladly accepted the offer. As they ran my information they asked all the pertinent questions about what level of policy I'd like, different coverage options, and prior experiences with other providers. Once the quote came up it turned out that they were saving me over $750 dollars a year because my prior coverage had add-ons and hidden charges that I didn't read into within the fine print of my previous online provider. 3 months later I went back when my home owners policy came up and they did it again. Once I bundled the two my rates were cheaper on both ends. I never would have remembered that my home owners policy was up but Mike gave me a call 2 weeks before to remind me. That's customer service!!!! Now every now and then I stop in to say hi and they're always excited to see me. They even bought lunch once and refused to accept any money. TOP NOTCH!!!!

This review is regarding Geico Company only not this agent…read more I purchased a policy on 2/27 paid in full for 6 months. I purchased policy online was promoted to call in and spoke with a young lady who reviewed my policy. Online I requested roadside assistance but when CSR reviewed the policy it was not included. I purchased only liability/state required coverage. The young lady mentioned that I would need to have collision/full coverage inorder to have roadside. I explained that online I was not prompted that the coverage I selected would not include roadside. She placed me on hold and said she would speak with a supervisor. When I was taken off hold she said that I would have roadside assistance at the price I was quoted. I repeated what she said to make sure we were on the same page. Fast forward to Thursday, received a email with all my docs when I accessed my policy via the app roadside wasn't list. I call Geico same day and spoke with Sophia who said I would get a email or a call by Friday. That didn't happen and I would really like to have this issue resolved ASAP.
