I purchased policy online was promoted to call in and spoke with a young lady who reviewed my policy. Online I requested roadside assistance but when CSR reviewed the policy it was not included. I purchased only liability/state required coverage. The young lady mentioned that I would need to have collision/full coverage inorder to have roadside. I explained that online I was not prompted that the coverage I selected would not include roadside. She placed me on hold and said she would speak with a supervisor. When I was taken off hold she said that I would have roadside assistance at the price I was quoted. I repeated what she said to make sure we were on the same page. Fast forward to Thursday, received a email with all my docs when I accessed my policy via the app roadside wasn't list. I call Geico same day and spoke with Sophia who said I would get a email or a call by Friday. That didn't happen and I would really like to have this issue resolved ASAP.

The entire transaction took less than an hour from start to finish. It most likely would have been quicker if I did not ask so many questions. Frank is a true professional.
