They had convinced me to sign up for the "easy pay" plan to save $25 per billing cycle, turns out it's just a way to keep you from checking their rate hikes. I caught the proposed increase and brought it to their attention. The staff I spoke to said, "that can't be right, I'll get back to you once I figure it out!". Only to call me back an hour later, exasperated that "these claims, they keep coming in...". As if that is a reasonable excuse for an unprecedented price hike. I explained that i would change companies. They became very rude and curt, quickly suggesting that I should shop around and they'd be sorry to lose me. Geico offered me the same rate I was paying for the same coverage. I cannot urge you strong enough, these guys have bad business practices.
