Both Ruth and Hrant are exceptional! They made my switching over to Allstate easier than I thought. I purchased a new vehicle and had no insurance due to the fact that it had expired on my older vehicle which was in an accident and claimed a total loss so no reason to renew that insurance so I asked Ruth for an insurance quote and the price was good. I went into the office signed papers in person with Hrant which in my personal experience I felt was better than to do, over doing it electronically since he explained to me very well my policy and answered any questions I had and also told me about the different deals they offer.
