Beware of them. They are crooks liars who make non-kosher insurance. If you accidentally post a bad review they blackmail you until you take down the negative review, promise to take care of you and then do not treat and lie. I recorded conversations With them and I am going to publish it everywhere and report them to a law firm. I would not mess with them. I'm still shocked at how they blackmail people and lie to them read more

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I was able to get a quote from Ana, one of the wonderful insurance brokers there, and she was able to get me a better rate with better coverage for my car within a matter of minutes. She took the time to explain the different coverages to me and which coverages are worth increasing to protect myself and my car. I have always been confused with what to choose when selecting coverage but now I am so happy to have full coverage with an excellent rate. I also process my car registration through this company. I have always hated waiting in line for the DMV and this place saves me hours! Love this place! Being a busy working mom I don't have much time to take the day and get my registration done. For DMV services Madrid Insurance is the go to. Not only did they help get my registration online, they updated my address, and personally hand delivered my registration. Not kidding! It was THAT easy. No long wait lines nor a day taken off. I lost the DMV letter to renew my vehicle registration online with the pin number and I didn't want to wait all day at the DMV so after some googling I found out there are third party companies that can do renewal services on behalf of the DMV for a small fee and I found these guys. Yes, I'm giving 5 stars. Edgar, who provided me with the best customer service. He's efficient, friendly, and thorough. He answers all my questions. He's always helped with any issues I have dmv related, I don't have to go wait for hours at the DMV wasting my day and getting horrible customer service. So disappointed I had my car impound for non current registration so I went to Madrid insurance dmv fee was $251 and Soraya charge me $521 I really thought she was helping me and if that wasn't enough I call her for a one day permit to move my car and she charge me $25 dollars more when the permit supposed to be free $270 were not enough I think is not fair what she did I really trust her but she took advantage I recommend many people but after this I won't let them do the same to them Sherman Way and Hazeltine read more

I went to put my car in my name and the pink slip never came in the mail and I kept calling to check the status and they make excuses. After they said it was delivered when I never got it and wanted to charge me more money to send me another pink slip. Seems like they just scamming read more

How their insurance prices are I do not know, but their service lacks, very slow. They should hire more personnel to be more attentive with clients. I work for a transportation company and contact them on a regular basis for insurance certificates, they are always slow and I have send my request repeatedly 2 times or more for a certificate? really? I dislike having to contact them because I know I have to be on them to obtain what I am requesting. With the service they have provided me I would never use it for myself or refer anyone to come here for their services. read more
