It has been nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone -- on one occasion, I waited two hours without successfully connecting to a representative. In addition, multiple emails and voicemail messages have gone unanswered. It was also communicated that Spanish-speaking assistance was available; however, during four separate visits with my mother, we were unable to find anyone in the office who speaks Spanish. Furthermore, we submitted a cancellation request for our policy four weeks prior to its renewal date. Despite this, I later received a notice reminding me to renew the policy within two days. When I contacted Homesite Home Insurance directly, I was informed that they had never received the cancellation request. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and concerning. Effective communication and reliability are fundamental expectations for any business. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other options if you value professionalism and responsiveness.

As an Agent of my quoted carrier, I knew there would be a fee in addition to the premium. It wasn't excessive, but applying directly with the carrier over phone or online would negate that cost all together; I decided to pursue that course. However, the CSR helping me, Claudia F. asked if she could try to match a different carrier with lower premiums. I have never dealt with a large discount brokerage in over 30 years covered driving. This licensed agent took on the task of talking me out of a lower rate I was about to go home and get, I probably appeared angry(my anger was regarding something unrelated to Insurance) after populating my data, Claudia quickly quoted an acceptable rate lower than I had been paying for years. That was a month ago. Unfortunately, the carrier may not work out for me, if not, the office says they will try another for me, my choice. I have now dealt with Miguel and found he was eager to help. I can see the office manager hires team players that want to help clients. I am glad I chose Freeway Insurance.

I was told no, but it would be best if I came in a couple hours before closing to ensure I was seen. Ariana was extremely helpful when I called. She then asked if I had a pen and paper so she could list the documents needed so that this transaction goes smoothly. I had everything on my list and went the next day. The whole process took 30 minutes since there was quite a bit of people in the lobby. Upon walking in, Ariana who was the first friendly face you see walking in, verified my documents and put me in the queue to be seen. Right after me someone came in wanting the same service but did not have his current registration on hand. He made a scene, yelled at Ariana and asked for the manager. I thought Ariana handled the situation very well. She explained what was needed, never belittled or was rude to the gentleman and went ahead to get the manager when he didn't like her responses. I felt bad for her since (based on her voice) she was the one who took my call and told me exactly what I needed to have with me. Everyone here was professional, polite and quick. In June I called and asked about my policy and found out it didn't matter how many years I paid, my beneficiary would only get $5,000.00 if I died of natural causes. In order for my beneficiary to get $25,000.00 I would have to be murdered, die in an airplane crash, die in a fatal car accident. I would have to die tragically for my beneficiary to receive practically nothing. When I cancelled, the automatic withdrawal stopped, but I was called and sent texts 3 or 4 times a week about my payment being late, then 3 or 4 times a day. After over 2 months and several phone calls, they said we see you cancelled, but you have to sign a paper. I kept telling them okay, and after being told 8 times they would send it out immediately. Never received anything from them. Today I received an e-mail saying that I had accrued $800.00 owed to me, and they used some of that money to bring my account up to date, and would continue to make my payment to them from the account money owed to me until it was gone, then they would have to cancel my policy. THEY ARE CROOKS. They have an automated phone number that won't let you speak to anyone. DON't BE TAKEN BY THESE THIEVES
