I'm giving my first expression review I walk in to make a payment for reinstatement and very nasty lady with the name Juliana if that's even her name told my sister can I help you (after speaking with me and learning what I was there for) cause you're staring at me then told me you know what ima going to let the next person that comes in in 15 mins help you im an African American women and she is Hispanic she then tells another gentleman who is Hispanic behind me I can help you without even letting me gather my items this was so rude and nasty of her maybe she needed morning coffee but I have errands to run and if this is a first come first serve company she has the worst customer service service stop getting jobs when you don't like to provide customer service or feel great about the skin you are in cause we were not staring if I can leave no stars I would read more

This place is a JOKE... You hear all over the radio So Cheap! Great Insurance! You are crazy if you do not get Insurance with Freeway.. OVER PRICED a 20 year old vehicle with a driver with no prior tickets, no accidents... Quoted over $150.00 a month and they out source not even their company , they are working probably from home and getting quotes from other companies. They gave me quotes for Progressive, State Farm and another. Was so upset Wasted so much of my time giving them my information Im sure I will get 1000 spam emails now! We bought the policy for the store in December for three cars. He said we need full coverage for one car,and liability for the other two.They found us they found us a policy with key insurance. this month back company went out of business and we had to switch companies problem. Is that two days before my policy with key expired we had an accident come to find out they did not sell me full coverage. They misrepresented what I was buying, unfortunately I signed trusting the agent knew what they were doing. I would stay away from this company and especially this office. State Farm is a little more expensive but more established don't get treated like we did. read more

this is the worst insurance company I ever had. Yeah they're cheap, but you get what you pay for. I wasn't able to give them my debit card number on time for automatic payment, which will come out of my checking account every month. That was nice until I got a new debit card and they canceled my insurance so I had to get a whole new insurance. I was out without insurance on two cars on the 30 day mark with the DMV, and I only had to pay all new down payment and I had to pay more and insurance but I also had to pay a $1000 fine to the DMV . if this is the crappy insurance company, you want go with them, but I would say go somewhere else. read more

The representatives there are very professional, friendly and give you the best options for your insurance needs. They realize life is not always perfect and they work with you and fit you with the proper insurance at a price you can afford. Wow I never thought I'd say this but what a wonderful experience I had there, I went for a quote and left with new insurance for my car and my wife's car, it's been a couple months and the savings are adding up compared to our previous contract, if service is always this good, competent, trustful and honest you guys must be doing something good, thank you so much Juliana for helping our little family save money in this not so forgiving economy, the impact you're making in the community won't go un noticed, keep the good work everybody, I love doing business with a respectable insurance company. read more

Don't join this shady company. I originally went with this company for all the "discounts" they offer and "low rates". Turns out about a year after having them they've increased my rate 3 times. Started out paying $200 / month and now I'm at $300. Mind you, I have minimum liability coverage on 2 old vehicles. After purchasing my first home, I inquired about getting a home owners discount like they advertise on their paperwork. They had me running around getting proof of ownership just to tell me they have a limit on discounts and I'm stuck paying $300. At this point I rather spend the money on a REPUTABLE company that doesn't take advantage of their customers. I will definitely be sending all my emails and phone log screens to the NV division of insurance and reporting them for deceptive trade practices. BEWARE of these crooks! read more

Zero stars, but forced into the one star to write this review. Highly disappointed in every category! 1. Dealt with three different people in one day, which is very confusing. 2. Was just flat out lied to my auto policy would cost $$$, I paid it. 3. Called the actual insurance company stated they only received $$$. Hmm.. weird right.. called this location back to ask very specific question, however the answers she was giving was the run around, never a straight forward answer. I told her I felt betrayed and lied to by this company, she kept saying I have given you the information you are asking for...Really? Pretty poor "customer" service. Than I ask her to spell her name, she hangs up on me. I do feel this is thier job to fully explain all the insurance language to us (average joe's). Than... I find out they charge me for a additional product I did not agree to, nor was I told about this while obtaining a new policy. Never recieved a declaration page either. Throughly disgusted with this office. Also in the process of obtaining my refund back for a product I do not need or want. And I have filed a formal complaint with the State of NV Division of Insurance. Monday I will be working on escalating this to a hight management level. She promptly called me back after realizing the end didn't go through and quickly corrected it to make sure I got my cards.
