Insurance agencies are probably one of those things that you don't think make a difference to have unless you have experienced the difference they make. Like tissues when you have a super bad cold and you feel like you're blowing your nose so much it's going to fall off... Not having a good agent is like using the store brand tissues that feel like sandpaper and having a good agent is like the super luxuriant lotiony pillowy goodness.
